The Site is defined as the website available on and includes its content and derivative works, including, but not limited to, our video content, social media posts, social media comments, digital products such as e-books, courses, and mailing. “Social networks” includes YouTube.

The contents of the store are not available for sale to U.S.A and Quebec residents. Quebec residents cannot make purchases in our online store becuase of shipping method is not aavailable right now. The content we provide for free and for sale is for educational purposes intended for international export outside of Quebec only. If you are in any other location you can purchase the digital or physical goods available in our online store.


The store contains products that are priced in USD (United States Dollar) & EU.

Return Policy

When you purchase digital goods from, which are not limited to but include:

  • Downloadable courses
  • Video courses
  • Digital files (.docx, .pdf…)

you immediately gain direct access to a file or document. Because of the nature of our digital goods, we can’t provide refunds on digital goods

No full or partial refunds are given on digital goods. May you have any questions or concerns on the quality of the content you receive, please contact [email protected]

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to such Province’s conflict of laws or provisions. For purposes of litigating any dispute that arises under these Terms or any dispute you have with, you hereby submit to and consent to the jurisdiction of the Province of Quebec in Canada, and agree that such litigation shall be conducted in the courts of Sherbrooke, Quebec, or the federal courts for Canada in the district of Sherbrooke.


We may update or revise our terms of use, as well as our policies, from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make as they are binding on you.
